First we need to know your name...

First Name (required)

Last Name (required)

Are You in school or working now? Yes No

Ok, Now how old are you?

Ok, the reason we ask is because the positions we have to offer requires full time travel. We do not commute directly in and out of any specific city or state, and if you get a position with our company you have to be free to leave for 6-8 months before returning. Are you free to travel that much? Yes No Now we need to know what kind of work you have done. In the box below, please give some details about past employment.

We are a sales company that represents about 250 sport & fashion magazine publishers and we are hiring sales people to assist with the promotional tours. It's an entry level position dealing directly with the public and the average earnings are $300.00 - $500.00 per week. Is that something you would be interested in applying for?  Yes No Great, lets go through an application and then well go over the details the company has to offer.

Ok, Let me tell you about the independently contracted company, and then I will answer any questions that you might have during a live phone interview. The team we are currently hiring for has about 15-20 reps right now.

Our job is to increase circulation by taking both new and renewal orders through direct sales, so we basically talk to people all day at business, residential areas, and universities. Magazines are a small ticket item, so you sell your personality more than anything else.

We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated people who are not to shy and enjoy dealing with the public. Do you consider yourself pretty outgoing? The average age group is 18-23 due to the fact that it's a job that requires full-time travel. So in other words you would be traveling with a bunch of people around the same age group.

The living arrangements are like college dorm style. We live out of hotels and you will be rooming with 2 other people. There is no co-ed living. What we offer is a 2-week all expense paid training program. If your application is approved we will send you directly to the sales team wherever they might be at the time and the transportation to them is provided via Corporate Greyhound Bus. We then pair you up with a sales rep who has been with the job for a while and they will teach you everything you need to know.

For the first 2 weeks you are on 45% commission and with all of your food, transportation and lodging paid for. So it doesn't cost you a penny to come out and learn the job. Once you complete the 2-week training we have an evaluation to decide weather or not you are right for the job. At that time or any time thereafter, the job is not working out for you or you are not working out for the job, transportation back to the city and state where you where hired from is guaranteed. In order for us to cover that expense, you do have to complete your 2-week training program and it is important that you understand that. If everything does work out and you continue to travel with the business, you get a commission raise to 50% and you are expected to earn a minimum of $300 per week. The average earnings are from $300 - $500 per week, but our top sales agents earn $700-$1000 per week. There is also opportunity plenty of room for advancement.

Your expenses after completing training are $9.00 a day for rent which is deducted directly out of your commissions on a daily basis, 7 days a week and the company always covers the travel and transportation. The sales presentation is based around a company sponsored contest where you have the opportunity to win a $1,000.00 achievement award check and an all expense one week paid vacation once every six months. This makes the sales part of the job pretty easy if you enjoy talking with people.

The work dress is casual, so you dress like you would if you were going to the mall with your friends. The summer time is shorts and t-shirts and winter time is jeans and a light coat. Of course you do have to be clean cut and presentable because you are dealing with the public, but you don't have to get real dressed up. The guys have to be clean shaven on daily basis so any beards or mustaches have to be shaven. The job is really an opportunity to travel and see the country, meet new friends, and make good money before you have settled down and which you would have traveled. Does all that sound like something that you would want come and try and be good at? If so fill out the application below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
